கல்லையும் ஓவியத்தையும் காண்பித்து
இதுதான் கடவுள் என்று அடித்துச் சொன்னாய்
பிறப்பும் இறப்பும் கடவுளின் செயல் என்றாய்
ஆனால் காலன் உன் வீட்டிற்கு வந்ததும்
கடவுள் இல்லவே இல்லை என்று முடிவெடுத்துவிட்டாயே
கடவுள்தன்மை எங்கும் எதிலும் உள்ளது என நான் உணர்ந்துவிட்டேன்

எனக்கு நெறுக்கமான சிலர், ஒரே காரணத்தால் கடவுள் நம்பிக்கையை இழந்தபோது தோன்றியது இது.
பாரதி சொன்னதற்கும், பெரியார் சொன்னதற்கும் என்ன அர்த்தம்?

To me, whoever thinks and serves for the betterment of mankind they are divine.
That's why I mentioned the word கடவுள்தன்மை(divine) rather than mentioning
கடவுள்(God)
Periyar's was an aathigavathi is a new information for me. As anybody understood I do see
Periyar as a pacca Nathigavathi.
I had seen few people in my life who followed Periyar's idealism did not believe God till their last days
but they lived as a good Human being, serving people around them till their last days.
I feel this is real divinity rather than just searching around where God is.
Ofcourse, I also have seen few people who believed God and devoted themselves for
God and will always tell everything is God's grace even during the peak of their fame
and served the people around them and lived a satisfactory life.
To me the above 2 kind of people are same and no different.
I think we cannot keep either kind of people in superior or inferior category from the other.

Regarding Periyar, I have said the same thing. He was an athiest (to avoid all confusions) :). Tamil font syntax!
At this point, I think we have to agree to disagree! When we talk about divinity without a common reference point, this is always bound to happen. Divinity cannot be deduced to a definition (serving mankind). You have listed two kinds of people. There is a third kind :). That is all I can say! And yes, the attempt is never to keep anyone above or below the other as well.
